Helping You Feel Grounded
Amidst Transition and Change
Counseling and Coaching for International Teens and College Students

Meet Kelly
I’m a mental health counselor, educator, and college life coach with over a decade of experience supporting teens and young adults through academic, personal, and professional transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by academic pressure, managing anxiety, or adjusting to a new school or country, I’m here to help you find clarity and confidence during times of change.
Having taught at Singapore American School and lived in Singapore, Colombia, and the United States, I bring a global perspective and a deep understanding of the emotional complexities that come with international living. I work especially well with clients navigating school and life transitions, executive functioning challenges, and those seeking a greater sense of belonging and stability.
Many of my clients come to me feeling anxious, stuck, or unsure of themselves as they try to meet high expectations and juggle competing demands. As a former secondary school teacher and collegiate athlete, I understand the pressure to perform and the toll it can take on emotional wellbeing. In our work together, I offer empathy, structure, and practical tools to help you build resilience and reconnect with your strengths.
If you’re ready to feel more grounded and supported, I’d love to connect. Reach out to schedule a free consultation.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
My Approach
At the core of my practice is deep compassion and genuine respect for every client’s unique story—but that doesn’t mean our sessions are always serious or heavy. I believe in creating a space where it’s safe to be honest, curious, and even to laugh a little. My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I adapt our work to fit your goals and pace. I’ll meet you where you are, without judgment, and walk alongside you as we work toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful change. You don’t have to have it all figured out—we’ll figure it out together.
